If you want to make sure your Dragon City account progress is saved, and you also wish to play the game on different devices or platforms (for example switching from your mobile device to your computer on the Windows 10 version of the game), connect your game account to Facebook.

This will also prevent you from losing your account if your mobile device is broken, lost, stolen, or reset.

How to connect your game to Facebook?
Click on the Facebook symbol on the top right of your game screen, or open your in-game settings and click DISCONNECTED from Facebook.

Enter your Facebook account data:

Once completed, your account will be linked to Facebook and your progress saved:

What happens if you change your device and the game was NOT connected to Facebook?
Unfortunately, your progress will be lost. There is nothing we can do to retrieve your account.

What can you do if you have changed your device and it was connected to Facebook?
Go through the tutorial again, and then when the game asks you to connect to Facebook, log in to your correct Facebook account to retrieve your progress.

What happens when I link my Facebook account to my game?
Many users have access to more than one Facebook account. If you fall into this category, please be very sure of the Facebook account which you link your account to. Once you link your game to a Facebook account, it is 'married' to this account forever. Your game can only be linked to one Facebook account and this cannot be changed.

Dragon City Weakness List

The chart tells you which element is weak against which when defending. The first element of the dragon will tell you it’s weakness. For example, the Sea/Nature dragon Nenufar has Sea as it’s first element. Therefore, it will take double damage when hit by flame attacks and half damage from sea and nature attacks. It also takes no damage from terra attacks. This little chart is taken from the wonderful wikia.

When attacking, you will want to see the basic elements and what it is effective against. Below is a quick chart to tell you the strengths and weaknesses of each element.

For example, a Flame hybrid dragon such as Cool Fire that has normal, flame and ice attacks would be very effective against sea, nature and ice type dragons.
